​ENTRY FEE: $360/per team​ | Pool Play followed by a single-elimination bracket.  Full payment must be made to be included in the bracketing & must be made by the entry deadline outlined below. 
 
ENTRY DEADLINE: 

•    May 9, 2022 - Registration open
•    July 1, 2022 - Early online registration ends! 
•    July 2-8, 2022 Late registration period with a $25 late fee added!
•    July 8, 2021 at 5PM event registration closed
•    NO ENTRIES WILL BE TAKEN AFTER THIS DATE.

ROSTER AND WAIVERS:  You will be sent a roster form after you have completed your team's registration to fill out.  A waiver must be signed electronically by the Coach at check out, accepting responsibility for each player.  The coach of each team will be responsible and assume all liability for all his players.  Each team will be checked and confirmed at registration.  The coach has been given the waiver in electronic form to share with his players and their families. 

 

No refunds will be given for any circumstances.
